I really enjoyed working with Lakshmi. Not only did she manage a team of 2 other programmers, but was also a top-nothc programmer herself. She jumped in quickly and picked up on a failing project to not only save it but to add functionality and capabilities quickly. It some getting used to with regard to communicating specs and requirements, but once we worked out a good system, everything went pretty smoothly.

It took some time to develop a rapport so that communication flowed quickly, but once that was done the work started to move very quickly. GRInfotech is a good team to work with.

He was a very good programmer. However, I m in dispute over the hours charged. want to make sure that future work is done on a pre-approved hourly basis, on a daily work basis at the end of the day, so there is clarity over number of work charged.
